No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We do recommend booking ahead, so we are ready for you the moment you arrive.

$19.99 for one set of 2 printed photos, or $19.99 for a digital file only. Prints and the digital file together are $29.99.

Yes. We email the digital file of your approved photo to you. A digital file on its own is $19.99, and adding one to your 2 printed photos makes it $29.99 in total.

Yes. We take photos for US visas, Schengen visas and visas for other countries, as well as green card, citizenship and DV Lottery photos. See our country guides for each country's size and rules.

Yes. We photograph babies and children for passports. Our baby passport photo guide explains the rules for infants.

For a US passport you need a neutral expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open. Many other countries require a neutral expression with the mouth closed. Tell us which document the photo is for and we will guide you.

Wear the kind of clothing you normally wear. For a US passport, uniforms and camouflage are not allowed, glasses must be removed, and hats or head coverings are only permitted for religious or medical reasons. A darker top shows up well against a white background.

Because consulates and passport agencies can reject a photo for jewelry, glare, shadows or hair covering the face. We would rather be strict for one minute in the studio than have your application delayed.

We photograph to each country's official size and rules, and you see and approve your photo before it is printed. If your photo is ever rejected, bring us the rejection notice and we will retake it free of charge.

Headshot packages are $89, $169 and $299. The $89 Essential package includes a 20 to 25 minute session, about 15 images and 1 edited image.

20 to 25 minutes for Essential, 40 to 45 minutes for Signature, and 75 to 90 minutes for Portfolio.

About 15 images with Essential, about 30 with Signature and about 60 with Portfolio. All of them are yours to keep. The edited images are 1, 3 and 6, and additional edited images are $25 each.

Yes. You see every frame on screen during your session, then choose the images you want edited. Nothing is edited until you approve it.

Wear what you would wear to meet an important client. Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns or large logos, and clothes that fit well matter more than clothes that are new.

Yes. We photograph groups in the studio and bring our lighting to your office for on-site sessions. Call 212-753-4671 for group and corporate bookings.

Family sessions are $149, $300 and $599 in our Midtown Manhattan studio. On-location sessions in Manhattan are an additional $150.

Yes. We photograph maternity, newborns, baby milestones and first birthdays, in the studio or in your home.

Yes. Classic and Heirloom sessions can be photographed in Central Park or anywhere else in Manhattan for an additional $150. Popular spots include Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge and the Mall.

Classic includes two 5x7 prints and one 8x10 print. Heirloom includes four 5x7 prints and two 8x10 prints. Mini is digital only.

Yes, on location. On-location sessions can be booked on Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Studio sessions are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Landmark photoshoots are $175 for 30 minutes, $275 for 1 hour and $495 for 2 hours across two courses, for up to 6 people. Courses cover the Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO, Central Park, and Midtown landmarks such as Times Square, Grand Central and Rockefeller Center.

Yes. Tell us your plan when we confirm your session. We help you choose the spot, stay out of sight until the moment, and photograph the proposal and the celebration that follows.

We reschedule your session at no charge.

Every wedding is quoted individually, based on your schedule, your location and the package you choose. Send us your date and plans and we will reply with a quote. A $300 deposit reserves your date.

Yes. Our City Hall and Elopement package covers your ceremony and portraits afterward.

Yes. We photograph weddings in New York, in other states and overseas, and weddings and events on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.

Yes, in full, within 7 days of payment. After 7 days the $300 deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to your total. See our booking and cancellation policy.

Product photography on a white background is $35 per image, $32 each for 10 or more and $28 each for 25 or more. Complex products such as jewelry are $55 per image, and lifestyle images are $95 per image. The minimum order is 5 images.

On-model fashion shoots start at $1,200 for a half day and $2,200 for a full day in our Midtown Manhattan studio. Your quote depends on the number of outfits, the number of final images and how they will be used.

An 8x8 custom designed album is $179.99 with a hard cover, $199.99 with a leather cover and $219.99 with a Crystal cover. Other sizes are available on request.

About two weeks. You can pick it up at our studio or choose shipping at checkout.

Yes. We make albums from your ThisPix session photos and from photos you send us. Our studio designs every album, so tell us your favorite photos when you send them.

Yes. Bring in your print or send us your digital file and we will print and frame it.

A Crystal frame is a frame made of glass, custom made in-house at ThisPix. It is our most refined framing option.

Yes. Samples are on display in our studio, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The studio is closed on Saturday and Sunday, but we photograph weddings, events and on-location sessions on weekends by appointment.
